ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE - ADDITIONAL CHARGES
CHECK-IN: From 15:00
CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00
It is possible to extend the stay until 18:00, provided that the reception is informed in time to check availability and with an additional charge of 50% on the daily charge price. For departure after 18:00 the corresponding charge amounts to 100% of the daily charge price.
Children older than 2 years, as well as adults, using rollaway beds are charged an additional 10 euros per person per night.
The reception is open for 16 hours and there is the possibility of internal and external telephone access on a 24-hour basis. For Express Check Out Service, simply inform Reception in good time and settle any outstanding financial matters.
PARKING LOT
The hotel has its own outdoor parking space, next to the main entrance. For the safety of your property, the area in question is covered by closed circuit television.

Free distribution of information brochures, daily and magazine press, as well as a small collection of books.

SNACKS – BEVERAGES – BEVERAGES
Availability of drinks, snacks, drinks and soft drinks from the Bar on the ground floor, based on prices in the relevant price list.
It is allowed to order food (delivery), for consumption exclusively in the room and not in the common areas (for tax reasons).
PETS
For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed.
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel.
BREAKFAST
Mediterranean breakfast buffet served from 08:30 to 11:45. There is the possibility of serving breakfast in the room for a fee of €5/person. In addition, breakfast can be made available earlier or later and the menu can be customized (after consultation and corresponding additional charge).
EXERCISE AND WELLNESS SPACE (the space in question is temporarily unavailable due to upgrade works)
ARCHONTOPETRA has an indoor pool with a waterfall and counter flow system. In the same area there are recliners, a sauna and a small gym. The use of the space is provided free of charge to the tenants, after informing the reception in order to make a commitment for exclusive use by the interested parties. For your safety, do not run in the surrounding area of the pool, because the tiles are slippery. Please inform reception of any non-swimming skills. Avoid entering the water if 2 hours have not passed since your last meal. Please note that, before entering the water, you must use the adjacent shower. Due to the progressive depth of the pool, it is prohibited to be used by minors without adult supervision, as in the shallow part there is a serious risk of injury (in the case of performing vertical dives), while in the deep part there is a risk of drowning. The use of a towel is mandatory for the use of the sauna and fitness equipment.
ROOM SERVICES
Rooms are cleaned daily and room service is available from 08.30 to 20.30. In case of non-relevant desire, please let me know. Possibility of changing towels and additional control (upon request).
MAGNETIC CARD
Upon arrival you receive your magnetic card. Hold the card close to your room lock and after you see the red light flashing and hear the unlocking sound, turn the handle down. Upon entering the room, insert the card in question into the corresponding card-slot, in order to activate the electrical circuit of the room (your refrigerator works independently). When you leave, keep your card with you, because you will need it to re-enter the room.
NUMERIC AND NUMERIC KEY
The main entrance of the accommodation is electronically locked from 23:00 until 07:00. Therefore, a digital and numerical key is granted to the tenants and they are given a relevant demonstration of their use.
AIR CONDITIONING
Adjust the temperature of your room at will, from the corresponding room thermostat. Please note that the external frames have magnetic contacts and therefore if any window is open (or on recall) the air conditioning does not work.
FIREPLACE
After lighting the wood and for the best operation of the energy stove, you should lower the protective fireproof glass. It is emphasized that, with the hearth open, there is a loss of heat, an increased risk of fire and dizziness (in case of excessive smoke). All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors for your safety. Provision in addition to the provided wood, after relevant information with a fee of €5/bucket.
WC AREA
Lower the inner window roller, using the pull cord, in case you wish to isolate the space in question.
HYDROMASSAGE COLUMN
Hot water for use is provided on a 24-hour basis. Adjust its temperature by turning the upper dial. To turn on the water turn the lower dial counterclockwise. If you wish to change the way the column works, turn the same dial clockwise (60 degrees applying more force when turning it) and then counter-clockwise to open the water supply. Repeat the previous step until you find the function you like.

Wi-Fi
All rooms are equipped with independent Wi-Fi Routers. The code for your wireless connection is on a card on the post office. In case of malfunction remove the power supply cable and reinsert it in order for it to restart.
ENTERTAINMENT CENTER (TFT 32΄΄, DVD, HOME CINEMA 5.1)
Please use the devices in question wisely, taking into account that they can offer a superior aesthetic experience even at a volume that does not disturb other residents of ARCHONTOPETRA.
MULTI KITCHEN
The ceramic hobs are activated by the prolonged pressure of the touch buttons and after a relevant sound notification. Therefore, please be careful not to place objects on the ceramic surface to avoid fire. In case of smoke production during cooking, please activate the hood immediately to avoid signaling the alarm of the fire safety system. The tap water is drinkable, as there is an integrated system for cleaning it.
VALUABLES
Use the safe (laptop size) in the closet of your room to store your valuables.
OTHER BENEFITS
Existence of extra blankets (acrylic - pique) and pillows of all sizes in your wardrobe.
Possibility of washing - ironing (for a fee).
Possibility to deploy a playpen (free of charge, but prior notification required).
RISK OUTPUT
In the event of a fire, earthquake or other emergency, follow the emergency exit lights.
DAMAGE
In case you find any damage to the equipment in your room, please report it to the Reception so that it can be fixed as soon as possible.
