Check-In – Check-Out – Additional Charges
- Check-in: From 15:00.
- Check-out: Until 11:00.
- Late check-out is available until 18:00 with prior notice to the reception and an additional charge of 50% of the daily rate. For departures after 18:00, the charge is 100% of the daily rate.
Infants up to 2 years old stay for free. For children over 2 years old, there is a charge of €15 per person per night, while for adults using extra beds, the charge is €25.
Reception operates 16 hours a day, with 24-hour access via phone. For express check-out, please inform the reception in advance and settle any outstanding charges.
Cancellation and Prepayment Policies To confirm your reservation, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount is required. Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after this period, the deposit is non-refundable. Changes to reservation dates can be made upon request and subject to availability.
Parking The hotel offers a private outdoor parking area next to the main entrance, monitored by CCTV for your safety.
Reception Services At the reception, we offer luggage transportation and storage services upon request, free informational brochures, newspapers, magazines, and a small collection of books. We also provide free high-speed wireless satellite internet and the option to rent a laptop or tablet for a daily fee of €10. Audio-visual equipment with a projector is available, along with scanning, printing, and photocopying services. We also have communal restrooms for our guests.
Snacks – Drinks – Beverages The ground floor bar offers beverages, snacks, drinks, and soft drinks according to the price list. Food delivery is allowed for consumption only in your room.
Pets & Smoking For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the hotel’s indoor areas.
Breakfast Breakfast is served as a buffet from 08:30 to 10:30. You can also request room service breakfast for €5 per person. We offer customized menus and the option for early or late breakfast upon request.
Fitness and Wellness Area Archontopetra features an indoor pool with a waterfall and counter-current system, a sauna, and a small gym. The use of the facilities is free for guests, except for the sauna, which incurs an additional charge. The pool is available from 09:00 to 21:00.
Room Services Rooms are cleaned daily from 08:30 to 20:30. You can request towel changes or additional service upon request.
Key Card Upon arrival, you will receive your key card, which is used for room access and activating the electrical circuit.
Entertainment and Other Amenities Rooms are equipped with entertainment systems, including 32'' TFT televisions, DVD players, and a 5.1 Home Cinema system. The ceramic stovetops are activated by touch controls, and the tap water is drinkable.
Valuables You can secure your valuables in the room safe.
Other Amenities & Emergencies We offer extra blankets, pillows, and laundry and ironing services (with an additional charge). In case of an emergency, follow the illuminated exit signs.
