- Check-in: 15:00 - 21:00
- Check-out: 08:00 - 11:00
Guest Responsibilities:
- Guests are jointly responsible for all services provided until full payment of the account is settled.
- Any damage to the rooms caused by guests or individuals under their responsibility will be charged to them.
Personal Belongings Security:
- The management is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Free safety deposit boxes are available in the rooms.
Cancellation & Prepayment Policy:
- Prepayment for the first night is required to confirm the reservation.
- Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival.
- A 50% charge of the total amount applies for cancellations made 14 to 7 days before arrival.
- A 100% charge of the total amount applies for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or in case of no-shows.
- Date changes are allowed once, upon the guest’s request and subject to the accommodation’s approval, at least 7 days before arrival. These changes must be for a booking with the same or higher price than the original booking and are subject to the same terms as the original reservation.
Payment Policy:
- Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay.
- Rates include breakfast, high-speed satellite Wi-Fi, use of the fitness and wellness area for one hour (upon reservation based on availability), and firewood for two fireplace refills. Sauna use and the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, which replaced the stayover tax (as adjusted per season), are not included in the rates.
Children & Extra Beds Policy:
- Rooms have a maximum capacity of 4 beds.
- Children under 2 years old: free stay with the possibility of adding a crib upon request.
- Children over 2 years old: €15/person/night.
- Additional adult: €25/person/night.
Health & Safety Policy:
- Pets and smoking are not allowed indoors.
- Parties and events are permitted upon request.
- Quiet hours: 00:00 - 08:00.
